i enjoyed all sightseeing and travel this summer with my family while wearing my merrells
Hi, My name is judy Granger and I'm 62 years old. I have just retired and home at last.My husband Jeff had a severe stroke 5 years ago and now that I am home all the time, I've been able to take him to many diferent sporting activities sponored by, All Out Adventures and Child and Family Services, for the disabled. I enjoy taking him and started to participate my self. I have learned to cycle again :) and for the first time in my life went bowling and "Kyaking", how wonderful that is. I guess its never too late to experience new things. I have several pair of Merrel shoes, one I use for Kyaking, which has to be my favorite sport I've done this summer. judy granger

My Merrell summer 2009 story by Bess I've been a Merrell shoe fan for over ten years now. This summer, I planted my first community garden plot with help from my Merrell "siren sport" leather hiking shoes. They helped me use the shovel without harm, tamp the dirt, and kept my feet uber dry. I now have tomatoes, green beans, zinnias, and sunflowers coming out of my ears because of their and my hard work. Thank you Merrell for designing and building such great shoes!
I LOVE Merrells--can always count on their comfort and wearibility!
My favorite outdoor adventure for the summer of 2009 took place on two consecutive Saturdays. On June 27, my cousin and I rode our mountain bikes 85 miles to celebrate her birthday. How did we top that? The following Saturday, July 4, we celebrated our nation's birthday by biking 100 miles! Hooray for bikes!
My greatest adventure this summer was to North AR. Greers Ferry Lake,an absolutely fabulous area for climbing, swimming or being lazy.In addition,Blanchard Springs Caverns is only an hour away.Amazing! I want to add that though I enjoy my Merrill Breeze shoes for outdoor fun I really enjoy them for work!! I am a nurse and have enjoyed the Breeze for many years.I also have COntinuum for wet weather. These are, by far, the best shoes I have ever worn.I own 5 pairs, currently.Thank you!!!
My Merrill low-cut Gore-Tex(tm) cross-trainers are perfect for a wide variety of outdoor activities, and they enable me to scramble over rocks on day hikes almost as fast as the lizards.

I wondered all over lower Manhattan and around the Hudson River Park. We took our Jack Russell terrier with us and it was fantastic. However, in the back of my mind, I kept thinking when I got home I would invest in a good pair of Merrell walking shoes. I found them at Onlineshoes.com and now I'm ready to go back!
I had a great time in Weehawken, NJ watching the fireworks on July 4th! I love shopping for Merrell shoes on Onlineshoes.com. The selection is superb!
Had the time of my life this summer. Wanted desperately to send my children to day camp but could never afford the tuition. Their ages are 9, 5 and 3 and I wanted their summer to be an adventure so I took a job as a counselor to offset the cost. Next thing I knew I had a group of four year olds who never lost the charge on their "batteries." Boy did I get a workout: I went, boating, dancing, walking, swimming, horseback riding, played tennis, soccer, gaga and more...the only thing that did not wear out was my Merrell Mocs. They held up everyday for eight weeks and cleaned up every time. Now they are ready for the active school year to begin. Not sure who had the better adventure, me or my Merrells!
After 20 years of talking about it, we finally took our mother-daughter trip to Paris in June 2009. The only shoes I took with me for the 10 day vacation were my Merrell Chameleon Arcs and Savannah sandals. They got me through the entire Louvre, Notre Dame, and miles of walks along the Seine and various arrondissements without a single complaint. The Savannahs are the best sandals I've ever owned, please don't ever discontinue them. Comfortable to walk anywhere, nice enough to stop at a bistro on the way!

Merrills are great for hang gliding in RIO!!
Dog walking is the greatest!
I live in my Merrell shoes for there comfort and style.I bought my husband a pair for his hiking trip to Darwin Glacier and he also liked the comfort and good fit of the Merrell shoes.

My husband and I wear our matching Merrell trail shoes in the summer as we, with our dogs, Dulcie and Diego, traverse the trails in around the many New Jersey beaches, rivers, coves, and inlets. As summer turns to fall, we put on our matching Merrell hiking boots and head up to Vermont for mountain hiking adventures with our dogs...our favorite spots to visit are always those that are most "Dog Friendly" such as the Cape May NJ Bay Beaches and Dog Mountain in Vermont.

I'm a Patrol Officer on the water, and all summer long I've been enjoying the sun with my Merrell Waterpro Maipo shoes. I'm said that summer is almost over mostly because I can't wear my waterpro shoes anymore not only was I happy all summer but so was my feet. Thanks to Merrell for building a tough shoe that lasts all summer long under summer conditions in a law enforcement enivronment!
I love wearing my Merrell Relays all summer long. As a city girl, I find them perfect for more than just your standard outdoor adventure. Whether I'm trekking to the farmer's market or headed out for brunch with friends, they get me where I'm going--cool and comfortably!

I purchased a pair of siran song sport gortex merrills specifically for a hiing excurision in Sitka Alaska. My feet stayed warm and dry and I was able to get great sceanic photos.

Well, the summer of 2009 isn't officially over yet! So, it is quite possible that my favorite outdoor adventure is about to happen really soon, in about a week, in fact. You see, I'm going to go camping for the very first time in my life, and I'm really excited about it! Already had a tent, bought my sleeping bag about a month ago, and just got a sleeping pad a couple of days ago. It will be a few miles hike to get to the camp site, which I know I'll enjoy, and on the agenda is to get up early one morning to watch the sunrise. This will definitely be an adventure for me since I've never done it, but I'm really looking forward to it. The photo is a taste of some of the spectacular views I'll be seeing. I have been to the area before on day hikes but just never spent the night. Have gear, will camp!
My summer adventure was just last month. My brother in law and I decided to hike to the highest peak in Utah, Kings peak. The forecast called for a slight chance of rain, well that slight chance turned into a raging hailstorm the size of marbles, forcing us to take cover under a small set of trees. We ended up freezing our butts off for the whole weekend and struggling to finding dry wood for our fires. It was definately an adventure!

Before dawn, remembered hearing that August 2009 has a rare opportunity to see Mars clearly. Stepped out onto my balcony and was satisfied to find Orion's belt sparkling among the stars. Realized how marvelous creation is, to welcome us to wonder, any time or place, especially by looking up.
Merrells have gotten me back on my feet and back outside! After a total knee replacement in December, I found that the road back was slow and a little painful! (Okay--MORE than a little!) The only shoe that gives me enough stability and support to do all that I want to do is Merrell. I'm now exclusively a Merrell woman! Besides my trusty "old" Merrells, I've purchased a few more pairs that I rationalize as "medicinal" Merrells. Everyone else just thinks they're cute! So, this summer I've discovered that--with my Merrells--I can once again garden, mow the lawn, walk the dog, creek-walk, hike, and take this new knee on the road! Thanks, Merrell! You got me back outside!
I am a huge Merrell fan. I have a whole collection of shoes and sandals that I wear all the time. This summer we went to Orlando & New Orleans and my Merrells came along, too. My adventure involves a friend who wanted to replace her ES sandals that her husband's dog destroyed. I took her shopping and we found some Merrells that fit her perfectly! She is back in Wisconsin, loves her sandals, wears them everywhere and never experiences any discomfort! Mission accomplished!
